What are the goals of anaerobic training, and what evidence is there at the cellular level that anaerobic training can be successful?
RESPONSE
Some of the goals of anaerobic training include, increased cardiovascular endurance, weight loss, and maintains and builds muscle. At a cellular level anaerobic training is beneficial since it results in increased levels of ATP, CP, and glycogen which gives us more energy. It also works different muscle fibers which results in more strength.
