Outpatient – Ambulatory Record Right and left heart catheterization and coronary angiography PROCEDURE: After obtaining informed consent the patient was taken to the cardiac catheterization laboratory. The right groin was prepped and draped in the usual fashion and 2% Xylocaine was used to anesthetize. 6-French sheaths were introduced into the right femoral artery and vein and a 6-French multipurpose catheter was used for the heart catheterization, coronary angiography, and ventricular angiography. Right heart pressures and cardiac outputs were measured. A pigtail catheter was inserted into the left ventricular cavity and ventricular pressures obtained. Angiography of the right coronary artery was performed. Left ventricular angiography with supravalvular aortography was performed . The patient tolerated the procedure well without complications.
