This case study is in the 15th Edition of the Armstrong and Kotler text, Marketing, An Introduction. If you have the 14th Edition, you will not find this case study. I am attaching a copy of the case study this week to ensure that you have access to it. I had to scan it from the text.so the quality is not excellent.
